How the calendar works

The long table runs once a month, announced here first and in the letter second. Hearth classes run when the farms are quiet, which is to say on Thursdays between November and March. Winemaker dinners happen when a bottle we love has no case allocation and a producer willing to fly with it.

Seats for everything open to the letter first. Join it at the foot of the page and you will usually have a week to claim yours.

"The hearth class was six hours that felt like being let in on a secret the whole room had agreed to keep."
