First seating 5:30, second 8:45, Wednesday through Sunday. The tasting is $85 and runs about two and a half hours. The bar seats walk in all night.

This concept site takes requests, not payments. Tell us the night, the party, and what you cannot eat, and we confirm by email within a day. Parties of six or more dine on one tasting.

Getting here
14 Front Street, Cold Spring, NY, a two-minute walk from the Metro-North platform, an hour from Grand Central. The lot is small; the walk from the train is nicer.
Private dining
The long table seats eight, one menu, no choices, from $140 a person. Buyouts run 30 to 60 guests. Write to hello@larkspur.example and tell us the occasion.

Questions, answered plainly
Yes, that is the default mode of this kitchen. Tell your server, not the booking form, what you cannot eat, and the tasting rebuilds around it. Serious allergies still get a call before service.
$85 for four courses, service included, tax on top. Wine by the glass from $13, pairings $55. The bill surprises nobody.
Until noon the day of, no fee. After that a table we cannot refill costs $25 a seat, which we donate to the farm fund either way.
Step-free entry, an accessible restroom, and two table heights. The long table is reached by three steps; tell us and we will seat you in the main room at the same menu.
The first seating, yes, gladly. The second is built for long evenings and we recommend the first for under-tens.
